L.I.F.E. Home School Co-op
Learning In a Family Environment
Our mission is to supplement and enrich the educational
experience of the entire home schooling family.
The goal of the LIFE Co-op is to provide students with a
variety of learning opportunities and to provide parents with an opportunity to
share their gifts, knowledge, and experience.
We also desire to encourage each other in our home schooling journey.
What?
When? Where?
LIFE is a cooperative educational experience led by the
parents of participating students. This
usually consists of various class offerings taught by parents in their areas of
interest. We meet on the 2nd Friday of
the month from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm September through November and January
through May, for a total of 8 sessions.
We meet at the Goldendale Church of the Nazarene located at 124 Allyn
St. (across from the courthouse) in Goldendale. To see the classes available this year check the Class Descriptions.
Families who wish to join LIFE need to commit to attending
all 8 sessions. By joining, parents
agree to participate in the instruction of the students by both teaching and
assisting a teacher. See the Parent and
Student Expectations.
